The Isle of Man National team currently compete in ICC Europe Division 2 and have a thriving academy and emerging players programme.

PV/ONE has been added to their coaching setup in order to profile players from grass roots level right through to the senior elite level in preparation for their ICC tournaments. They have invested in both the fabric and light beam crease sensors to give them more flexibility should they wish their bowlers to use the system wearing spikes.

The system in collaboration with the PV/App and our Player Management Portal will provide players and coaches involved with The Isle of Man Cricket Association with total feedback as individuals look to progress their game.

Greig Wright, High Performance Coach of Isle of Man had this to say:

“As a coach coming to the Isle of Man from a county set up in England, PitchVision is priceless in helping players understand where they are in relation to those players in the UK in delivering their skills. The data it provides allows bowlers to view their consistency and their speed which we can compare with that of a player off the Island to see ‘where we are’. The video feedback also helps players self coach where appropriate and analyse their own actions then look to develop it. Performance analysis is becoming part of every top organisations regular set up to take away the subjectivity and deliver real facts to assist development and for me at the moment there is nothing better than Pitch Vision to perform that job.”

We are looking forward to working closely with the Isle of Man as they continue their rise in the cricketing world.
